Plant Rescue in Cherokee County
Saturday, March 6th, 2010

On a beautiful spring day, the West Georgia Chapter of GNPS participated in a plant rescue in Cherokee County. Several of the Chapter participants had never been on a rescue before, so they had an excellent opportunity to learn about the rescue process.

03 Rescuers scattered over the area, digging plants as they went. 04 Facilitator Sheri George (on left) searching for sun plants, along a powerline cut, with Chapter members Flo Hayes and Carol Hight.
